[BUG] Front handle is a pickable weapon addon for weapons with no horizontal recoil.

    From my testing it still counteracts horizontal bloom as well. At least on the NC Mercenary it does help with that even though it has purely vertical recoil.

    Some weapons that on charts show no vertical recoil still have recoil, it just evens out on average.
    But Sniper rifles? No clue what's up with that.
