So flak jacket provides a flat x% reduction against explosives, what about something else similar but for bullets? I know nanoweave gives more health, but that's more time to regenerate and heal, seconds matter. The % reduction should go well with resist shield.
Though that's probably a reason for it not to happen. I suggested something like this a while earlier, but while typing it it occured to be it has multiple drawbacks: 1. It indeed stacks with resist shield, which makes it nearly impossible to balance for both with and without. 2. It works on top of the regular shield, which is a really powerful benefit given that Infantry -> Infantry fights are rather common.
Do we really need stuff that decreases damage, increases health, shields and all that? Before to long that would all add up to make single infantry men BFRs in thier own right. Shields, guns, lots of armor and health..yikes..
Could make it minor like 10-15% reduction only. Nanoweave provides 25% hp only, this jacket negate half for both shield and health.
