He saved Certs for stuff that isn't out yet, but hey mate we knew ESF weapons aren't ready yet since weeks now

The only thread that will complain that we don't have enough weapons and need more before REAL content like Hossin, Battle Islands, CPU optimization, ESF revamp, Infiltrator revamp, Galaxy revamp, resource revamp, and ANTs.

I good idea if you are nearing 10,000 certs: put them towards acquisition timers. SOE said that they are going to remove them from the game and refund all the certs! Its like a bank

The new armor cosmetics that are just shoulder pads and don't look nearly as good as the composite set.

My guess is he got cert refunds.

Not on this character.

Because there is no new content(except for the armor cloak change for Infil)
