[Suggestion] Faction Propaganda on launcher instead of outdated news.

So i noticed that sometimes when you dont have a whole lot of game news, you just kinda leave old stuff on there for the launcher to cycle through. thats not really that much of a good thing. "oh ask the devs! wait... this ended a while ago...oh nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo-" ok well its not that bad but you get the idea.

so instead of that, have your relevant updated news, and if it doesnt fill all four slots of the launcher, you could put some faction propaganda. it could be funny, or serious, hell it could even be fan made stuff, like a weekly contest and the winner gets like 500 sc or something. point is that it wont be irrelevant news.
