all the textures ingame seem to be covered in a pixelated red hue. I have validated all the files and i have restarted the game multiple times. I'm able to play the game at a stable 30-40 fps on medium, however it's a little annoying when everything is the color red. I didn't have this problem before and the last time I played this game was about 3 months ago.

yes. But i just updated the graphics yesterday so it couldn't be out of date. Should I re download my driver then?
I would guess that one of the recent patches broke the compatibility to the Intel Graphics units. In that case there wouldn't be much that you can do, especially since the developer doesn't support those. If you don't want to wait idly you can try the driver as a solution but I don't think there is a high chance to succeed with that.
I have this problem too! I have it in Red Crucible: Firestorm, and this game. The pixel red stuff. I have intel HD 2500.
Easy to fix. Right click anywhere on desktop Click "graphics properties" Select "3d settings" or something like that There should be a slider that allows you to choose between performance and quality Set it to "balanced" (middle). Anything other than balanced causes weird glitches in many games.
