I have a error since 3 days it named NBE 1013 i dont can play planetside 2 The support isnt very helpful so i ask you !
I have the same bug - have had it for two days now. NBE-1013. I have checked with another account on this pc so the launch pad is definately ok, it seems to be related to my account. Seeing how I am running premium on it, it's a bit annoying. I have contacted customer support about it but not had any reply from them.
Issue lasted for a few days for me. Seem to have been an individual bug that was resolved. Never got an answer to what was wrong it just worked one day.
