It just says malfunction and to try again. Been trying all day. I get to the log on screen, and my characters show up, but not the picture of them. Then I crash when I try to log in...... HELP??
"Log out of the game and the LaunchPad, then reopen the LaunchPad and log in again. If the error occurs repeatedly, a full uninstall and reinstall of the game may be required. If the error persists, please contact Technical Support." this is what the technical support guy says, so.. contact support or reinstall the game seems to be your only options
