Downgrading MAX weapons means new weapons for max? SOE is going to present and sell something new for maxes? Which max weapon is not downgraded sinces they appeared? Falcon is now worst thing. Enemies can detect now you imediately and you canot make indirect fire at all. Also I think I canot shoot Scatmax anymore as fast as I can. There somekind of delay? Bursters are downgraded by taking away that projectile dmg and armor damage.
It's up to debate whether that was a buff or a nerf really.. The projectile speed is nice, but it's burst damage suffered for it. (but more importantly, the amount of damage you can do with your supply of ammo was drastically decreased)
