On my NSO account, I decided to Purchase the Lightning Tanks LB00 Python AP for $13.00 USD. However, you aren't allowed to attach Reload Speed or Ammo utilitiy options. Seems like this has been a bug ever since NSO has been around. I was unaware of this bug because...... why is that even still in the game if it's purchasable on the shop store... Anyway, do I need a refund?
