I've been having trouble playing lately. even though i have a perfect connection with <100ms ping and server latency i will randomly get disconnected from the game. i've tried everything the support team can think of including: reinstalling battle eye, reinstalling the game. reinstalling windows all to fix what they believe is a battle eye error. the launcher log are also no help in diagnosing as they stop logging the moment you press launch and the game proper opens so there's no error log tracking why i'm being disconnected. this is rather annoying as about a year ago without changing isp i had poor connectivity (still <100ms ping but connection quality was poor) in larger scale battles but could stay connected for hours at a time.
