I do not have Eclipse unlocked but from what other players were saying- it didn't get extra 5 rounds like other VS directive weapons and can still be reloaded to cool weapon. Can some Dev answer if that is true and if so- when we can get hotfix for that? Eclipse was directive weapon that needed those extra 5 rounds the most.
