The recent batch of attempted fixes to the missile tracking (which was nearly broken last month) have caused the Pixie to overperform. Ergo, its tracking now overperforms compared to its original, un-bugged state (how it was prior to missile tracking getting bugged last month). Case in point: Before the bug last month, standard ESFs (Mosquitoes, Reavers, Scythes) could evade the Pixie with sufficient maneuvering, while less nimble targets (like Liberators and Galaxies) typically could not. After the attempted tracking fixes though, Pixie missiles are now practically to evade in an ESF, unless Flares are used. Considering that no patch notes to date make any mention of 'buffing the Pixie', this is likely a bug. Would be nice to get this addressed relatively soon.
