[Suggestion] Decals and Composite Armor

So as most of you know, decals do no apply to composite armor.

This is without Comp armor



And this is with comp armor on.

While i do know that this is not a critical fix, it would be nice to have the decals on top of the comp armor.

PS: SOE, not only would it make a handfull of customers happy, but you also might see some people actually buy the decals in the store......

I bought QQ decal and I can only see it on my HA with composite armor. I don't see on any other class if i use composite armor. It'd be nice if they fix it.

Exactly, while decals ARE purely cosmetic, you still get gimped if you also have composite armor on

I second this. My old outfit decal is becoming available in a few hours I'd like to continue looking awesome in my composite while showing it off.
