yesterday i tried to purchase DB for 22 euros with a paysafecard. somehow it didn't work, even though the 22 euros disappeared from my card. i opened a support ticket. no response so far, not even something like "we got your ticket and are working on a solution". HELLO??
when you open a ticket there should be an auto response. It took them like a week to sort out my locked loadout slot.
