Current Issues with Avast Anti-Virus

Greetings Auraxians!

The Avast Anti-Virus program is currently flagging the PlanetSide 2 game client as the Win32: Hoblig [Heur] virus. This is a false flag and can be disregarded as a threat to your system. We are currently working to resolve this issue and should have it addressed as soon as possible.

In the mean time, you can add PlanetSide 2 as an exception to the software in order for it to work properly with Avast. A full list of exceptions can be found here:
