When I just went to try and create a support ticket, via the in game interface every other key press, rather than responding in the webpage link for the ticket was activating shortcuts in game. Seriously ...? Am I missing something or are they just trying to make it nigh on impossible to raise a ticket? Just as I was about to finish the ticket I got Insta Spawned, meaning I lost all the info I'd put in to the ticket, which took ages as the text box in the ticket wasn't responding to 50% of my key presses as it was interpreting them as in game actions\shortcuts. Total joke SOE.
