I was looking at the weapon data spreadsheet, and aparently CQC AR (and Carbines) have been nerfed. GD-7F, Lynx: Min damage 112 -> 100 Serpent, VX6-7: Min damage 100 -> 91 Cycler TRV, TAR, GD-22: Min damage 125 -> 112 HV-45: Min damage 112 -> 100 Interestingly, the Jaguar and Carnage BR are untouched, though they are only at 750 RPM. This seems to only have affected the 800+ RPM weapons on all factions.
Don't really care TBH. 90% of my TRV/Lynx kills are in close range. Although I don't see why they did this.
Turns out this is not actually a nerf; it has been like this since release but the spreadsheet cannot pull min-damage values for weapons so the min-damage in spreadsheet is all estimation from testing in game. See http://forums.station.sony.com/ps2/...les-got-hit-with-a-stealth-nerf.110623/page-2
