Counter for breaking down duplicate implants always display 0 ISO.

    Even if you have several duplicate implants you are not shown the correct number of ISO you are supposed to recieve. Pressing the 0 ISO still gives you the correct amount back though. This is therefore simply a visual issue.

    Fixed. Nov. 19, 2019 patch.
    Implant Screen "Breakdown Duplicates" button now shows the correct breakdown amount.
