[Suggestion] Could melee weapons be a thing?

IThis idea has be brought up a lot, but, Eternal crusade is coming.

I would like maxes and LA to have a melee and shield option

Like assault terminators and assault marines and their equivalents.

Mb2 to raise shield and mb1 to swing melee weapon. There is also a monetary incentive in cosmetics.I think they should take up the primary slot as well, for maxes it would use both arms.

Try not to get your hopes up about Eternal Crusade.

It was billed as an MMO open world shooter, like planetside, but Warhammer. And they were taking "preorders" based on that information.

Sounds fun, right?

Now it is in Alpha, and it is a lobby shooter.

That's a pretty drastic reduction in the scope of the game.

Also, AMD systems are reporting extreme low framerate.

I hope that game turns into something interesting, but right now it is in no way competition or comparable to Planetside in scope.

Nc heavy gets a weaponized jackhammer. Diggs through everythinng.

Nc max gets actual mattocks. Space versions.
