To elaborate: When the Tempest Siphon is switched on/off, the outdoor alarm sound is played when you're standing indoors at the Containment Site. Inversely, the indoor alarm sound is played when you're standing in the outdoor sections of the Containment Site. Evidently, one of the updates switched the sounds around by mistake somehow. Certainly a minor bug, but still a bug.
