    Hello Planetside!

I was spreading the wisdom of Vanu with no issues the day before the patch went live. Yet since the patch I keep getting error G99.

Here is what I have done to try to fix it:
    -Validated game files.
-Power cycle for computer and router.
    -Turned off Norton Firewall.
    -Uninstalled Norton completely.
-Went Nuclear and deleted then reinstalled Planetside 2.

At this point I suspected the issue was not on my computer so I started running some tests.

Preliminary tests while on home connection:
    -Speed test = 51Mbps download / 10Mbps upload
    -Ping www.planetside2.com (64.37.171.22) = Request Timed out 100% loss
    -Ping www.google.com (216.58.198.4) = Success 0% loss
    -Performed Jitter/Ping Test = A+ grade

So I thought that maybe my ISP spontaneously decided to block traffic to daybreak servers for... "reasons"? As such I decided to run a further test, so I opened up a hotspot with my cellphone (different provider) and just for control I had both my computer and cellphone "forget" my home network so I was sure it was pure golden 4G data.

    Tests while using cellphone hotspot:
    -Ping www.planetside2.com (64.37.171.22) = Request Timed out 100% loss
    -Ping www.google.com (216.58.198.4) = Success 0% loss
    -Performed Jitter/Ping Test = A grade

After this I decided to run some traceroute test (uploaded the screenshots of the elevated cmd prompt):

Trace to www.planetside2.com from Home Connection: (Backup image: https://ibb.co/HTK3PXS)

Trace to www.planetside2.com from 4G Hotspot (different provider): (Backup image: https://ibb.co/ZGjWQ48)

Just for bonus I decided to run the Traceroute tests to the Emerald Server as well (69.174.216.23):

Trace to Emerald Server (69.174.216.23) from Home Network: (Backup image: https://ibb.co/zFWpmTV)

Trace to Emerald Server (69.174.216.23) from 4G Hotspot (different provider): (Backup image: https://ibb.co/kD3XvB1)

I called my ISP and they said that they are not filtering anything on their end, so I was wondering if you guys have any idea of what I could be happening?

Well I'm glad I posted a backup for the images, as it seems the forum linking did not work. If anyone can help me make the images work I'll edit the post.

same error, works if i turn off my security.tinywall.this is the equivalent to walking out of your house and leaving the front door wide open. There are far to many illegal scripts in this game for me to allow this to happen.see ye.
