As SOE told us many times MAX is considered to be a vehicle. Then one question arises "If MAX is a vehicle why it is easily roadkilled even by flash?" My suggestion is simple: If vehicle collides with MAX then said vehicle and the MAX itself will receive damage. This damage depends on the mutual speed of the vehicle and the MAX. Vehicle speed will be reduced after collision. P.S. Flash will just explode heavily damaging the MAX.
I say that a flash should blow up upon hitting a MAX if going at enough speed, but also kill the MAX. For the most part though, a MAX is just a big suit, not an actual vehicle, so it shouldn't get the same comfort as a Lightning.
