Same issue that got fixed before. I get to the character screen, click on the character and it just spins, spins, spins: but does not load the character.
Having the same issue at 21:30 GMT with the same server. Edit: Have since retried and succeded in joining the server
I checked files integrity in steam (right click on the game, properties, installed files on the left, check integrity [menus may have different names as I use a non-english steam version]), and also checked files integrity in PS2 launcher (wrench icon on the left, validated game assets, validate). The game logged me in after that.
