First, you have to run while cloaked. You will be at the most opaque version of the cloak (the blackest or whitest). Now uncloak and cloak again and do not stop running, and your cloak will be reset to the most transparent version of the cloak, eg when you are standing still. As you continue to run, your cloak will be at the most transparent setting, until you uncloak or run out of energy. Can anybody confirm this?
