It always seems this way to me. The shimmer is so much more prevalent in Hossin, possibly because Hossin has a different lighting effect than other continents, or maybe its the thick fog. Even without low graphics, its easy to see. It could also be the dark colors of the ground, I'm not sure. Does anyone else notice this?
Nope, always the same, probably just mist flowing into the character model with the lighting. Not a professional, but a educated guess from where video creating and light sources.
