I saw the first mission of the second chapter was already available. So I did the things and when I entered Esamir the following appeared. I tried to claim and I got rewards by pretty much doing nothing. I just wanted to put this here so that this can be prevented for the next chapter.
Having the same issue. "Chapter Two: Mission One" appears to be the only mission available. Once you complete it you are done with the chapter and you can claim the rewards. Hopefully we can still play the rest of the missions after the 3 PM update.
