   This seems to be the nail in that coffin, as unfair as it may seem. Even if you think you're entitled to something (on legal grounds), that article basically says "No you're not", and that even if you think you're entitled to something on some kind of moral grounds, that basically says "SOE isn't obligated to give you anything".
