Hey, I bought an in game item with DC by mistake when I meant to buy it with Certs. Is there a way to reverse my previous transaction?
I've done that so many times. I laugh about it, but it really irritates me that the game will select BC by default (as long as you have enough). The rest of the time it auto-selects CP. I understand game development costs money, and I've put in my fair share to support the DEVS. I just feel like it was a dirty way to "trick" me out of my money. If I have earned enough in-game credits to get something, why would I choose to pay real money for it? I would like to see the Depot purchase system ALWAYS default to CP instead of BC provided there is enough CP to cover the item being purchased. BTW, You can try opening a support ticket with DBG, but their "Policy" is: Please note that we do not offer any kind of refunds for accidental purchases or items you no longer wish to have.
