census ps2ps4 namespace will split into us and eu

    Due to SCEA/SCEE restrictions ps2 ps4 EU and US are required to "share nothing". I will be splitting ps2ps4 into two new environments: ps2ps4us and ps2ps4eu. The environment ps2ps4 will continue to work as an alias to ps2ps4us for one week after which it will be retired.
