I'm the only person in my outfit. I started an expedition some time ago, then I think I started another one. I have 2 unclaimed expeditions, and the NPC at the sanctuary that allows me claim these cannot be interacted with, there is no prompt, I tried and it's simply not possible to talk to him. I wrote to support and they redirected me here, so, yeah. That's all I've got, I haven't found anyone with this specific issue anywhere.
Fixed it, it was an issue caused by the campaign, once I progressed I could claim my expeditions, works now.
