So long story short everyone ive been hunting for basically 36hrs now for a fix to this and to no avail; so now im calling in the cavalry. So heres the deal: Soon as i load PS, i get to the loading screen ( the very first one), and my system locks up. cant open task manager to close PS, cant tab out, nothing, i have to force a cold boot for my pc. im fairly certain it isnt my hardware considering ive just gone through a third time to make sure everything is up to date. but just in case anyone is wondering why im certain it isnt a hardware concern: Ryzen 2 2600 Vega 64 8gb 16gb Corsair dominator AsusTek X470 chipset mobo
