Cannot create new character

    When you try and create new character you cannot get past faction select screen

    It keeps disconnecting me and the new people we have brought into the game when we try to create a new character.

    I'm having this problem as well. I want to make a new character but after selecting which server I want to play it keeps disconnecting me. I've tried with this all the factions, different names, and servers (mainly emerald and connery).
