It's there when a patch is installing but not otherwise. Be nice to have it as a sticky option on the login screen instead of logging in and also clicking play. Even better would be to login, play and connect your toon all in one go. ...or am I missing something?? Cheers -kaos
It allows them to put urgent news, etc on the launcher and for people to at least have a chance of noticing it.
