Campaign Event: Deliverer not switching to Loadstart after completion

Just finished the Deliverer part of the campaign prototype event. The campaign prototype shows that I have indeed finished the Deliverer part, but the vehicle terminals show I can only get a Deliverer, and not a Loadstar. I've restarted the machine and game, but it still hasn't changed the vehicle terminal. Hence, unable to get a Loadstar and complete the campaign prototype event. Could you please look into this matter.

I think the Loadstar is only available at the Aircraft terminal, as its an Aircraft not a Vehicle.
