As per title: The BX adapter for the Jackal SMG cannot be combined with other rail options, despite the March 2022 update saying it can. When in BX adapter mode and holding the fire button, releasing it at the sound of the first shot will not fire any pellets. Maybe the spinup time is broken or disconnected?
