Buggy flight controls??

I don't know if it's the game or my mouse but everytime I fly and pitch up it often (not always) fires at the same time. Never had this problem before or any other control issues with the mouse etc.

I've reset my controls, checked my keystroke assignments on my mouse etc all to no avail. Anyone else having similar problems?
