Please don't. Koltyr was removed for a good reason. It needs just as much work as Oshur's middle, so it'd be better just to put work into Oshur.
Koltyr would need serious work to improve and update it, so it isn't just an endless slugfest over 3 central towers with no sunderer garages and endless lightnings. Kotlyr needs to be brought up to par with the rest of the PS2 continents and put in the regular map rotation along with an updated Desolation.
