Bolt Action Rifles=Garbage? as time goes on?

    Bolt driver in Beta: 4 shots to kill a heavy with shield and full nano.
    Couldn't comment on headshots; but I know for a fact that I had four body shots on a heavy who didn't die. Maybe the game has mini-crits we don't know about etc. - or separate boxes for limbs that do less damage.
    Landing 4 shots from a bolt is in most cases ... tricky.

    It takes 3 body shots on an out of box HA with their resist shield at full. Two hits, IIRC, takes them to one health box so it is a close thing.
