Incident: 160228-000056 Ive been waiting for someone to contact me about this issue. I've had my account active for the last 4 months. I missed January's 500 DB Cash by accident but I have logged in several times during February and March to claim the 500 DB cash yet I don't have any notifications pending. I've been a loyal customer for many years dating back June 2003. I submitted my incident report 2 days ago and if I don't hear something by Monday the 7th, I'm done supporting this company and Planetside. Lookup my details you will see how loyal I've been.Billing date is effective on the 23rd of each month. I should have a notice that I can claim my DB Cash. Unless claiming the 500 DB Cash has been moved somewhere else this needs to be corrected. Thank you for your attention.
