Beginner Survey's Unlock?

    I just came back to the game and was greeted by a survey which I completed. I was given the Light Assault class with a gun and the bahamut mask. I can't find this loadout anywhere, sorry for being a noob but where can I use the unlock??

    Some tips and tricks. It does a decent job of covering most of the basics. "Customizing your character, and suggestions" at 12:36 starts addressing your topics question.





    Edit: After watching him, he forgets to included weapon swapping. To do that, go to your loadout screen. You can select it there.

    You can either use the arrows on either side to cycle through your weapons or you can click on the weapons picture itself to look through all the weapons (unlocked or otherwise) Clicking on the weapon icon itself should bring you to this screen.

    Thanks, that video was very helpful in terms of understanding the basics of the game. However, I still can't access the helmet that was displayed on my survey unlock. Unless it was just an aesthetic preview of the actual mask and I did not receive it.

    You can change cosmetic stuff like helmets, decals and camouflage with a button "change appearance" on the lower right side of the loadout screen.

    The survey included a boost, a weapon and the cells camo. The helmet seen on the character during the survey is not included.
