Battle Hardened (omg???)

i still need nightmare so i can grind out these stupid halloween knife directives,
today i got desperate and purchased 8 delux chests (72 implants) for £30...
got nothing but green junk ofcourse, except the one i wanted ofcourse!

decided to use those damn recyclers, because i'd already wasted a ton of cash i might aswell waste my last 2k ISO too!
got 4 absolutely useless greens...

so i agree, DONT EVER USE RECYCLERS!

Apparently:

If you're spending cash and wanting a rare implant - buying the ISO-4 Recycler with DBC is a better bet than buying a Deluxe pack.

If you're buying with certs, the Deluxe pack is better overall.
