There is a bug with the frame on the banner when it's on the last level of directives banner rewards, the banner is going out of the frame. Exemple on this img : https://ibb.co/G778rBS
I had this problem too for a while but then it fixed itself for me. EDIT: I was thinking of a different bug where it would just remove your banner if you enabled the frame, I still have my frame outside.
