    This would be a nice bonus to support classes.

    Revive 10 people - 2 certs
    Revive 60 people - 10 certs
    Revive 160 people - 20 certs
    Revive 1160 people - 200 certs

    Repair 10000 health - 2 certs (2.5 MBTs)
    Repair 60000 health - 10 certs (15 MBTs)
    Repair 160000 health - 20 certs (40 MBTs)
    Repair 1160000 - 200 certs (290 MBTs)

    Demonstrated proficiency in handling the Medical Applicator or Nano-Armor Kit just like any other weapon, should be awarded.
