Anyone else think fire suppression is too good?

Unless you are blown up instantly by mines or C4 Fire Suppression is basically adds extra health to your vehicle every X amount of seconds.

I would like to see it reworked where it basically repairs you for a lot more damage but it "cannibalizes" part of your vehicle (every use permanently reduces your total health). It would give you a very powerful and versatile tool but it won't be something you will want to use the instant you start taking damage (like it is currently).
