It would be very cool if we had a target range for our factions added into the game at some point. Could have it set up like a mini game of some kind to help get better with aiming and hitting stationary and moving targets.
VR-Training over all has been mentioned numerous times, and the Devs have mentioned wanting to put something like that in. It will just take some time getting there.
