Got a quick question: is the ammo pack from the alternative mode of MANA turret affected by Ammo package utility cert line? Because I'd like to upgrade my ammo pack a bit, but I only use the one from the turret slot.
Yep, and if you have the certs it's certainly worth the investment. A maxed out resupply radius and having it up for the max time rakes in a lot of delicious delicious certs (although in big fights you tend to hit the resupply exp cap a lot). It's also handy because that radius is also up and down, so in some areas, like ledges or thin roofs (like on top of tech plants) the ammo pack can also reload allies below you or in unusual positions, which can actually be quite useful in squads.
You will hit the resupply cap quickly, but I believe moving to another hex will start it up again. That and it's on a timer because it will start gaining XP again eventually too. ~S
