Alerts on Miller Broken

    Not sure if this is the same situation on other servers but the last few alerts I have been involved in: the alert ends, cont locks, and then unlocks.

    I don't think our pop is high enough to require 4 open conts even at prime time

    It's a matter of population.... considering the ping is terrible because we European are third or fourth hand customers it's better to have all the continents open

    Same on Cobalt first it lock and then it unlock some sec later. Why have continental locking if it dont lock the continent, better to turn it off because when it reset the map all fights stops.

    Does it still kill everyone in a hex which changes hands when the warpgates rotate?

    Yep... although "rotate" isn't always accurate. Indar alert earlier NC stayed in the SW during the rotation, VS and TR swapped North and SE

    Yep, got killed while in the field during insta rotation because "why not".
    Also - ping on Miller is as wild as before january GU.

    Miller is broken in every possible way, people warping, disappearing, floating as corpses etc.

    But, SOE needs a break after their 3 week christmas holiday.

    We've got 2 continents locked on Connery at the moment. Both are pretty recent locks too, so it seems like they're working for now there.

    cobalt all 4 conts unlocked and thinking "wtf is continent locking" o_O
