accounts and SC

    hey,

    i am from europe and have an SOE account. my current SC balance is 1.500 SC. can i use that SC, if i am forced to play on EU servers? how does that work? will i be able to play on US servers and if not, will i be able to use my SC on the EU servers?
    im a bit confused :)
