A sort of non-PS2 performance issue which affected Forgelight.

A while back something corrupted my mouse drivers so that in PS2 and even in Landmark it turned out, anytime I used the mouse to move I had serious choppiness. Using the keyboard did not chop. Well, uninstalling the HID drivers and letting Windows redetect cleared the issue up until last Friday.
Logged in after work on Friday and the had the same issue. Landmark and PS2 had serious choppiness with the mouse, DCUO had no issues. Removed all the HID drivers and rebooted to have the same issue.
I looked into my taskmanager and saw about 30 instances of RTSS.exe running - this is the Riva Statistics Server used by MSI Afterburner (I use the most current version). I turned off Afterburner and killed every remaining RTSS and everything started playing smoothly!
Not that this is a major issue, but if you use Afterburner and have chop issues - take a look into your taskmanager.
