[A.S.P] nanites cost still the same on construction spawn terminals

    Should be -20%, but isn't. Not sure what else i need to explain about it. Thanks for reading and let me know if anyone else has this issue. Peace.

    Will be an issue for me when I get it. I'm sure it's just an oversight/bug the devs will fix though.
